Yoga or as Gwoo calls it Yogurt.
You've probably been wondering where we've been recently. Here's the quick low down, for me anyways, and then at the bottom, check out something more meaningful I want to share. I'm 6 months into a gig at http://www.9mmedia.com All I can say is, the dudes who work at 9m, RULE. Brian and Morgan keep a fabulous team, everyone is super smart. But even more rare, the client is arguably, smarter and more brilliant than us. The application uses Flex Data Services and real time AMF3 fill operations. Its really amazing stuff and the general reaction during demos is "shock and awe." Wish I could tell you more.
Ok, so now for the more meaningful stuff. Chances are you're a hard working web developer. I recently came upon YogaToday. It's a daily, free yoga video podcast. Click on the iTunes link on their page, and wammo. I tend to download only one new podcast every other week since the files are in the 400 megabyte range. I highly recommend the instructor, Sarah Kline. The others I've found to be a little bit too out there.
Sarah will kick your ass and sometimes we need to be humbled. (CakePHP developers even more so.) I was also pleasantly surprised to discover YogaToday is a Scott Blum (aka Mr. Buy.com) production. So there, if you want to be a successful web entrepreneur, you should push yourself in other ways, and the enlightenment usually rubs off.
