CakeAMFPHP 0.6.0 released!

posted by: gwoo :: Oct 16th 2006, 12:38

We are still charging away creating new stuff. Though I may not post as often as I like, what does get posted is assured to be of the highest quality. So, with that in mind, here is an annoucnment for CakeAMFPHP 0.6.0.

This version removes the need to specify

$this->constructClasses()
in the controller methods. Also, it ensures that components are loaded without any problems. So, this package should make your controllerm methods fully transparent to the requesting data, making it even cleaner to create HTML and Flash sites.

I also have a new goal for CakeAMFPHP. I am keeping it a secret* for now (just in case it does not happen), but I will announce it at MAXUP. Of course, this assumes everything goes according to plan.

Anyway, I will keep you up to date.

(uses AMF0 though...for some reason AMF3 was giving me issues when it came to saving...worked for reading though, probably something I did wrong).

Thanks again gwoo for your help.
