According to Forrester, personas represent, "an entire customer segment as a single human with a name, face, attitudes, and goals." Organic's persona room is a physical space that recreates, "the living space of target customers. Organic hired the Detroit Opera Theater Company's set designers to convert small offices into replicas of rooms that customers for specific DaimlerChrysler vehicles live in." They, "include the media that customers consume today."
