[OT] OMG : the MADNESS is out of hand!

March Madness is in full swing. I do not know what was in there air tonight, but the two games I watched ended in the most amazing fashion I can remember.

First was West Virginia vs. Texas. It was a battle throughout, the underdog WV staying close. In the last 16 seconds, WV gets the ball, down by 3. WV moves the ball around and hits the 3, with 5 seconds left! Texas quickly inbounds the ball and runs the court only to hand the ball off for a 3 of their own with 0.8 seconds. Does it bounce off the rim? No, swish. Texas wins.

Then, the most amazing ending I can remember. UCLA vs Gonzaga. UCLA trails the whole game by no less than 12 points. Finally in the last three minutes they get it under 10. A couple of bad calls and UCLA is still down by 3 with 40 seconds left. Gonzaga has the ball and runs the clock down to 19 seconds before taking a shot. The shot misses and on the rebound Gonzaga fouls with about 18 seconds on the clock. UCLA hits both free throws so they are down by 1. Gozaga inbounds. Gonzaga makes a pass. UCLA steals the ball. Farmar, who made the steal dribbles and finds an open guy under the basket for 2. UCLA leads by one, with 5 seconds! Gonzaga inbounds and tries to run the floor but loses the ball. Game Over. A 17 point comback by UCLA with under 5 minutes.
